I want to praise the packaging department today. They cover the plants to the top of the box. These crinkled strips provide the air needed for the plants but more importantly they protect the plants from shifting in the box and keeping most of the soil from being spilled. The packing strips are easily removed revealing intact plants. Packaging may sound like a small thing but it could mean plants intact vs damaged plants. That’s a big deal in my option. Kudos packagers.
I received two black rose swartkop plants, two graptoverias and six assorted succulents. All were packaged well and healthy. I will be ordering again.
I was hesitant about ordering succulents from across the country, but the plants arrived perfectly packaged and it great condition! A few additional plants were included which was a fun bonus. Great price and great product. Would definitely order again!
