Your succulents will be shipped with their planting pots. We only ship within the U.S and some territories. We will make sure that your succulents are packaged very carefully. Please remember that your succulents will have some soil on them and inside the box. We do ship live plants so please don't be surprised if your package or succulents are messy with soil.
Shipping in Winter
Yes, we ship our succulents in the winter, and yes they do tend to survive and get there safely. However, we can't control the weather, so it's your responsibility to retrieve your succulents and get them inside immediately before they freeze in the cold weather. When being shipped they stay inside the post offices, it's when they are left outside in the cold for too long is when they die. So again, it's your responsibility to claim them and get them indoors and plant right away before it's too late.
Ramsey Succulents is not responsible for succulents being damaged by the cold weather, nor are we responsible for your succulents sitting out in the cold after delivery. We can't control the weather or your actions so order at your own risk and make sure you get your succulents inside.
