Cancellation Policy

To cancel an order please email us @ ramseysucculents@gmail.com and please put the email subject as "Cancel order". Please provide your order number so we can track which order is yours. Please add your order number and your name.

You can cancel an order however, as soon as you order we fulfill and will ship your order the very next day first thing in the morning. So if you would like to cancel an order you will have to do it fairly quickly.

If you email us telling us to cancel right after we already shipped out your order then we cannot refund or cancel your order. All orders that are shipped are shipped and there's no going back.

If you do cancel it on time you will receive a notification about your refund right away.
